The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Model. You will be responsible for developing and implementing ML models that power AI-driven products. You will work closely with our data engineers and product manager to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. This role requires a deep understanding of ML and AI algorithms, as well as strong programming skills. We expect you to:
Utilize your expertise in ML, natural language processing, and deep learning to develop innovative algorithms and methodologies for modelling tasks.
- Initiate and lead research in cutting-edge AI fields like GPT models, DALL-E, and generative techniques.
Implement, train, and fine-tune ML, LLM and GPT-like models on large-scale datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Hands-on coding to develop ML/AI solutions from scratch.
Design the ML infrastructure and MLOps on enterprise platform.
Experiences with cloud AI and Generative AI solutions such as on Azure and Alibaba AI platform.
Communicate and collaborate with business and product teams to identify and define opportunities for AI-driven innovations.
Requirements and skills
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies and preferably focus in GenAI and LLM.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Langchain
Strong Proficiency in coding and deploying custom AI/ML models on top of AI Cloud platforms such as Azure and Alibaba AI
Experience with LLM Open AI GPT, Baidu Wenxin, etc
Experience with information retrieval techniques such as RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search & understanding,
Working proficiency in Mandarin and English
