Who will you be working with?
Our best-in-class Finance team combines in-depth expertise in project cost structures, budget governance, and financial compliance frameworks with specialized financial analytics, audit, and risk management skills. Here you’ll act as a strategic business partner to the organization, engaging daily in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing project costs while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks, maintain budget adherence, and drive tangible financial returns and enhanced profitability for the company.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Finance group/division, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor’s degree majored in Finance or Accounting
Experience: More than 7 years, at least 3 years as a controller, experience in project management is preferred in a multinational manufactory company
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-financial teams and present financial insights to senior leadership. Fluent English
What will your typical day look like?
Monthly and quarterly revenue, cost, margin by assessing actual costs incurred and physical progress achieved with the phases of the projects
To control and support sales on contract financial reviews, prepare invoices, follow-up with outstanding, AR, and improve project cash flow.
Review and control project cost, especially manpower cost control which reflected in budget/forecast and aligning with margin target.
Management of projects financial data into ERP system and prepare project Quarterly review file.
Provide rolling revenue outlook, flash report, cost center expense report. Analyze monthly financial reports on cost and profit, reconcile the difference between planning and actual.
Strap, budgeting and forecasting for operations, and data input in system.
Financial reporting including OneStream uploading.
