Role Overview
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will support the successful localization, implementation, and continuous growth of Lexis+ AI in the China market. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience, driving product adoption, and increasing long-term customer value.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of legal technology and AI innovation while collaborating closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Play a key role in the local market rollout and adoption of Lexis+ AI, driving the integration of legal technology with customer needs.
- Lead customer lifecycle value enhancement, from onboarding and training to long-term engagement and retention, directly contributing to business growth.
- Work cross-functionally to build efficient collaboration processes across sales, product, and support teams.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge legal technology and AI solutions, with strong opportunities for professional growth and career development.

- Conduct in-depth research on Chinese customers’ usage scenarios and business needs related to Lexis+ AI, and develop localized training materials, user guides, and best practices.
- Lead customer onboarding, product training, and go-live support to ensure smooth adoption for new clients and sustained engagement for existing customers.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to deliver localized product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Optimize collaboration workflows between Sales and Technical Support teams to improve responsiveness and accelerate deal conversion.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to develop customer retention and growth strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, product adoption, and client loyalty.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer success outcomes and account growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing product usage guidance and support.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Training, SaaS, Legal Technology, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for AI, legal technology, and digital transformation.
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills are preferred.
