Key Job Responsibilities /Activities
1.Supplier Quality Responsible for annual audits of suppliers of electronic components, plastic parts, structural parts, etc., and supplier performance evaluation. Responsible for confirming, reviewing, providing feedback on nonconforming parts, and following up on supplier corrective actions. Communicate new part quality and technical requirements to suppliers, ensure suppliers understand and implement control measures, develop new part inspection standards, and approve PPAP. 负责电子件/塑料件/结构件等供应商年度审核、供应商的绩效评估; 负责零件不合格确认、评审、反馈和供应商整改的跟进; 向供应商传递新零件质量和技术要求，确保供应商理解并实施控制，制定新零件检验标准制定、PPAP批准
2.Factory Quality Manage part of Suke product process quality by quality tools. 负责部分产品的生产过程质量。 3.Product test To conduct product test as planned and lead the customer return expertise as requested 按计划进行产品测试
4.Project quality To be involved for project quality including creating of PFMEA, Control plan and PT test plan etc. 参与项目质量,包括创建 PFMEA、控制计划和 PT 测试计划等。
SKILLSETS
1. 本科及以上学历，电气、机械、工业工程、材料专业优先，英语四级以上，具备英语读写能力，熟练运用office办公软件
2. 至少3-5年供应商质量工作经验，熟悉电子件、塑料件质量管控流程，有供应商审核、日常进货管理、评估、系统改进经验
3. 掌握ISO9001质量管理体系基本知识，熟练掌握PPAP\PFMEA\CP\8D等质量管理工具，具备机械图纸识图能力 4. 具有较强责任心和执行力，具有良好的沟通、协调和问题解决能力
5. 英语读写熟练，口语可以简单沟通
