As Bellboy, we rely on you to
- Provide luggage handling services for arriving and departing guests in accordance with hotel procedures and requirements and keep detailed records of each delivery.
- Maintain order for incoming and outgoing vehicles, and ensure the smooth flow of passenger loading/unloading areas and driveways.
- Answer guests’ inquiries accurately and take the initiative to provide good service.
- Be familiar with all hotel services, business hours and room facilities, and introduce them to guests; have a good knowledge of local transportation, commerce, tourism and other relevant information.
- Give directions to guests, answer their inquiries earnestly, and meet their needs to the best of your ability.
- Handle luggage storage and retrieval for guests, and keep complete and accurate records.
