Key accountabilities
- Understand and audit the operating procedures.
- Conduct regular cost accounting and variance analysis.
- Oversee the procurement, storage and usage of hotel supplies and raw materials.
- Assist the cost controller with on-site inspectations and compilation of analytical reports.
General requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the hotels of equivalent scale
- Collgege degree or above
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent English and solid computer literacy
