Principal accountabilities

Work according to the HUNTSMAN security and EHS rules, local EHS law
-
Run the pilot reactor in lab and make clear Experimental record. Check and confirm the safety performance and operability of the equipment
-
Evaluate the results and formulate the report according to standard processes and/or specific guidance of the lab head.

Maintaining good organization and cleanliness of work area, laboratory instruments and equipment.

Carry out other related work arranged by the supervisor

Travel for training and support
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCES / SKILLS NEEDED
Education:
- Bachelor or diploma, Chemical technology school graduate.
Experiences:
-
More than 3 years of chemical related lab or operation experience, joint venture or foreign-funded enterprise is preferred. The experience in PU industry is optimal.

Understand the nature and use of chemical raw materials, additives and finished products. Knowledge of chemical production process.

EHS and quality awareness.
Skills:
- Perfect in using MS Office
-
Good English writing & speaking is preferred.

Focus on priorities and deliver lab work on time

Communication skills

Contribute to efficient performance of the Laboratory

Ability to communicate and to establish the laboratory as first quality service lab

Required training
- Industry regulated qualification training.

Standard training within the company.

EHS related training.

Updated PU knowledge/technology, Problem-Solving skills.
