What We Look For
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Polymer, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
- 5-8 years of working experience preferably either in Engineering Plastics especially in the areas of sales and or market or application development or in other relevant industries.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities or problem, and formulate and implement strategy or actions accordingly.
- Strong in establishing & fostering customer relationships.
- Strong sales & marketing background & business experience.
- Good conflict management and good networker.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies and plans throughout an organization.
- Good knowledge of Engineering Plastic. Specific expertise for marketing development and application in automotive industry is a plus.
