Job summary:
This role is to ensure flawless facility up time for 24 X 7 computer lab & office facility, carry out maintenance and renovation activity across campus, which consists of office, kitchen, datacenter, computer lab, guardhouse, car park, security equipment room, IT room etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play as owner and expert for HVAC, power distribution, BMS, kitchen equipment, biogas, utility supply
Technical support and trouble-shooting during day to day operation on various facilities, chiller, cooling tower, heat pump, compressor, biogas, AHU, exhaust, RO water, sewage water etc.
Plan and lead technician for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and record in Maximo
Asset management to record required parameter in the Maximo system and maintain the database for replacement planning
Review daily facility operation report by shift technician to early identify defects and improvement opportunity
Update weekly for on-going repair, maintenance and reliability improvement project to ensure timely and proactively engagement with client, end-user and coworkers
Monthly report and minutes with client for overall site facility management
Quarterly planning for on-going major maintenance and replacement including budgeting, SOW develop and RFP process
Ensure all major maintenance documentation recorded in sharepoint, project planning and track in the smartsheet
Capital spending planning for yearly and long-term objective
Understand local compliance requirement in facility management and engage third party for air sampling, water test and periodical inspection
Building business relationship with client and co-work across functions
Be able to escalate and manage incident, facility failure even crisis scenario
Skillset requirement

Proficiently manages multiple activities (including different people, vendors and resources) across the disciple to accomplish a goal
Demonstrates good understanding of the end-user needs and develops sound solutions to address these
Be able to drive for root causes of problems, using 5-why or other methodology to solve problem systematically
Qualifications
1. University degree in engineering and basic English skill.
2. Proficiency in CAD and MS Office including word, excel, PowerPoint.
3. Over 10 years working experience in facility engineering.
4. Sound knowledge in HVAC and power distribution
5. Experience with kitchen equipment management & biogas will be a plus
6. Be able to work overtime during holiday and weekend
