China Strategy Formulation
- Strategic Framework Design: Formulate and continuously iterate a comprehensive, end-to-end strategic framework for Pharma China across the entire value chain, establishing the foundational roadmap for the organization's long-term vision.
- Data-Driven Narrative Architecture ("The China Story"): Architect and evolve a compelling, data-driven strategic narrative that clearly communicates local market realities, structural shifts, and future growth opportunities to global stakeholders.
- Connecting the Dots& Insight Generation: Effectively connect distinct business elements and generate high-value strategic insights.
- Executive Synthesis& Global Communication: Translate complex local market, clinical, and regulatory nuances into clear business contexts, gathering and preparing critical information to craft high-impact briefings, executive presentations, and strategic speeches/slides for the General Manager and global leadership.
Corporate Project Management
- Project Governance Framework: Design, standardize, and govern the PMO framework for various company projects, embedding a robust "closed-loop" management approach to monitor execution and maintain full visibility across the portfolio.
- Outcome-Driven Delivery: Maintain a strong focus on project outcomes, implementing tracking mechanisms that ensure high-quality, seamless coordination, and timely delivery across all value chains.
- Leadership Dialogue Facilitation: Organize and manage the operational structure for regular leadership review meetings, CNET activities, and strategic dialogues to facilitate quick, data-backed business decisions.
- Resource& Risk Management: Proactively identify project delivery risks, dependencies, and resource bottlenecks, optimizing resource mobilization across competing enterprise initiatives to keep core priorities on track.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership& Delivery
- Lead High-Complexity Initiatives: Manage cross-functional projects, organizing agile project squads to solve complex operational challenges.
- Process Optimization: Diagnose systemic operational friction points across the organization and establish optimized project management workflows to increase delivery speed and efficiency.
- Matrix Stakeholder Management: Master stakeholder management by influencing and aligning diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared corporate goals
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education& Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. An MBA or background in a top-tier strategy consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Professional Expertise: Recognized expert in corporate strategy, marketing, or access within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English. Ability to craft compelling narratives and high-impact speeches for executive audiences.
- Strategic Agility: Proven track record of handling high levels of complexity and ambiguity. Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining extreme sensitivity to critical tactical details.
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead large, or cross-functional teams and influence senior management to adopt new perspectives or strategic shifts.
