What we need:
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role involves building long-term client relationships, expanding sales pipelines and aligning solutions with business needs. This role will be based in Beijing, China.
Key responsibilities:
- Client acquisition & retention
Identify and target enterprise clients in mutiple sectors which requiring data center solutions.
Develop customized proposals addressing client pain points.
Conduct needs assessment to recommend tailored IDC services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client infrastructure.
- Sales pipeline management
Achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets through proactive lead generation and CRM utiliztion.
Negotiate contracts and pricing models.
- Market intelligence
- Monitor trends in data center technologies to position offerings competitively
- Cross-functional collaboration
Work with sales engineering, operation, finance teams to refine service portfolios based on client feedback and achieve the revenue target as well.
- Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
The successful candidate:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in IDC, cloud service or enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in technical enviroments and understanding of data center operations. Existing network of contacts in target industries is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven and good team player.
- Associate degree and above is preferred
- Basic English skills in written and spoken
