Job Responsibilities:
Segment customer maintenance and development
- Develop SOCOMEC brand awareness in mainly Data Center segment
- Spec in Socomec PCS/EE portfolio into real estate End-user white list or standard bid document
- Approach each project site and related panel builder to ensure the business landing, independently or co-operate with other area KA
- Maintain the relationship with data center as middle-long term business orientation
- Contribute to area in order to reach annual area sales budget
- Understand market trends in data center segment and feedback to sales & MKT department
- Communicate with other area KA smoothly to ensure a co-operative environment
- Use the sales tools to manage sales daily life
Maintenance of existing KA distributors and development of new KA distributors
- Develop new distributors in uncovered region. (data center)
- Support existing KA distributor to develop their business.
- Organize training to KA distributors.
- Help KA distributors to organize seminar and exhibition.
Follow up the projetcs
- Follow up end user, contractor and panel maker, make sure project successful
- Maintain existing KA clients, make sure project successful.
Others
• Regular reporting to KA manager.
• Work with sales manager to achieve sales target of the area.
Qualification
1. At least 5 years work experience with 3 years’ electrical sales experience
2. Skills in low voltage industry
3. Has resources in related area is preferred.(Data Center)
4. Good sales & marketing concept and communication skill
5. Team work spirit
