You hold a university degree in Business, Textile Engineering, Materials Science or a related field; additional commercial training would be a plus
You have a minimum of 10 years related experience in Sales within the Textiles industry and a strong understanding of the spinner process
You have a proven track record in sales leadership and territory management, including customer relationship building, key account management, negotiation, pipeline management, push-sales execution, and pricing discipline
You are experienced in forecasting accuracy, market intelligence, and data-driven management
You are an effective communicator, with good coaching and team development skills, and a knack for cross-functional coordination
You are result-oriented and resilient, with strong operational discipline, and good problem solving and conflict management skills
You are fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and prepared to travel intensively in the region
