二、任职资格
教育程度 ：大专及以上学历，精密计量相关机械设计、模具、公差与配合类相关专业。
工作经验 ：熟悉精密计量工作、机械制造相关行业材料检验或者质量管理主管相关工作1年以上。
专业 技能 要求 ：
熟练掌握机械制图、计量法、计量器械的工作原理、检具设计原理、MSA、实验室控制管理程序、监视和测量控制程序。会应用QDAS软件进行MSA分析。熟悉MAFACT相关标准及要求。
能力要求： 具备良好的沟通技能、工作严谨细致、较强的团队合作、思维敏捷、活跃、善于学习；
吃苦耐劳、工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心和上进心；具有良好的团队合作精神和服务态度，良好的沟通交流能力。会使用基本的办公软件；
其他特殊要求 ： 吃苦耐劳、工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心和上进心；具有良好的团队合作精神和服务态度。

四、主要岗位职责
量检具、工装/在线检具的过程监控 按照计划收集、校准/目测或者执行MSA检定； 负责在线检具检修； 生产现场日常检具使用巡检及维护保养审核； 负责检具的调整（生产过程的）； 负责量检具周期检定管控及台账的管理； 负责工装的周期检定及过程监控；
7）指导操作工量检具的校准及使用；
8）协助支持计量工程师进行装配线测量工位，压机等标定工作；
对新自制检具、工装及外购检具、工装的验收及标准件的检测 参与整套新检具及工装验收工作。
2）对新检具、标准件及工装按图纸要求进行检测，出具检测报告，提出检具质量状态。协助计量工程师及检具供应商进行改进。
3）参与整套新检具及工装验收工作。
4）按控制计划审查新检具及测量设备程序中的工艺尺寸。
3. 计量室内部环境、设备管理
负责计量室环境5S、温度、湿度等环境控制、记录。
4 ． 计量室设备维护
依照公司标准验收新设备
2）进行简单的设备维护工作
3）支持计量工程师进行计量器的维护和校准
5. 计量室内部环境、设备管理
负责将检具/标准件信息输入检具管理系统；
2）确认和执行检具和标准件检定，校准和MSA周期
3）负责制定计量室环境5S、温度、湿度等控制要求。
6 、 遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求；
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。员工应该：
(a) 遵照国家和公司法令法规工作，防护设备、措施和程序；
(b)使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装；
(c)主管应管理好所属区域内的EHS相关工作，积极进行问题整改和改善；
(d)全年个人无安全体系不符合项。
