我们诚邀具备扎实运营管理经验与数字化思维的专业人士加入我们的团队，担任运营助理经理。您将负责中国香港强积金相关的日常运营工作，推动系统优化与流程改进，協助运营效率提升。本职位为有志于在金融科技领域发展的专业人才提供广阔的发展空间。
岗位职责：
- 负责中国香港强积金的流程运营，包括成员开户审核、供款处理、账户转移、提取审批等，确保所有操作符合监管要求及公司标准流程。
- 协调跨團隊协作，推动关键运营问题的识别与解决，提升整体服务表现；
- 确保团队在规定时间内高质量完成各项工作，达成服务目标；
- 指导与支持团队成员发展，营造持续改进、追求卓越的团队文化。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上养老金或金融行业运营管理经验，熟悉香港强积金相关流程者优先；
- 具备良好的人才管理能力，能够独立带领小型团队开展工作；
- 熟练的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能胜任跨境及多方沟通；
- 拥有数字化思维及创新意识，能够在不断变化的环境中识别改进机会并推动落地。
