What You Will Do
CT测量与报告 CT Measurement and Reporting
1. 根据测量需求,完成样件的CT扫描,重建与尺寸测量
Perform CT scanning, reconstruction, and dimensional measurement of samples according to applicant's requirements.
2. 完成首件(FAI)尺寸测量并出具报告
Complete First Article Inspection (FAI) dimensional measurement and issue reports.
3. 完成失效分析相关的CT扫描及基础分析报告
Complete CT scanning and basic analysis reports related to support failure analysis.
4. 支持GR&R,初始过程能力(CPK)等质量活动的测量工作
Support measurement work for quality activities such as GR&R and initial process capability (CPK).
程序与数据处理 Program and Data Processing
1. 使用CT测量软件进行基础的测量程序创建,修改和维护
Use CT measurement software to create, modify, and maintain basic measurement programs.
2. 对测量数据进行整理,汇总和基本分析
Organize, summarize, and perform basic analysis of measurement data.
3. 确保测量结果的准确性与可追溯性
Ensure the accuracy and traceability of measurement results.
设备与实验室维护 Equipment and Laboratory Maintenance
1. 负责实验室CT设备的日常点检,维护和简单故障反馈
Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and simple fault reporting of laboratory CT equipment.
2. 按要求执行实验室7S管理和安全规范
Perform laboratory 7S management and safety regulations as required.
3. 正确使用并维护工装,夹具及相关测量设备
Use and maintain tooling, fixtures, and related measurement equipment correctly.
其他
1. 完成主管安排的其他相关工作
Complete other related tasks assigned by the direct leader.
2. 参加必要的技术和合规培训
Participate in necessary technical and compliance training.
3. 按要求对劳工道德或不当行为进行报告
Report labor ethics or improper behavior as required
Who You Are
1. 大专及以上学历,模具,机械,机电或相关专业。
College Diploma or above,Major in Mold, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
2. 具备良好的机械制图识图能力,理解GD&T
Good mechanical drawing interpretation skills, understanding of GD&T
3. 具备工业CT或其他三维测量设备的实际操作经验
Practical operating experience with industrial CT or other 3D measurement equipment
4. 1-2年尺寸测量或相关质量检测工作经验
1-2 years of experience in dimensional measurement or related quality inspection work
5. 熟练使用办公软件(Excel,Outlook 等)
Proficient in using office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
6. 良好的沟通能力,能够清楚反馈测量结果和问题
Good communication skills, able to clearly communicate measurement results and problems Possess data organization and basic analysis skills
7. 具备数据整理和基础分析能力
