负责支持工厂EHS日常管理与现场执行，确保符合公司及法律法规要求，重点强化喷涂及化学品相关安全风险管控，提升现场安全水平。

开展日常安全巡检（装配、喷涂、机加工等区域）
-
识别安全隐患并推动整改闭环
-
参与事故调查及事故回头看
-
管理化学品台账及SDS资料
-
控制油漆/VOC相关风险
-
确保化学品储存、使用符合规范
-
支持EHS法律法规合规（如Legal Register）
-
协助内外部审核及整改跟踪
-
维护EHS相关记录及报告
-
组织开展员工EHS培训
-
推动安全活动及安全文化建设
-
支持承包商安全管理
-
监督动火、高处、吊装等高风险作业
-
大专及以上学历（安全、环境相关专业优先）
-
2年以上制造业EHS经验（优秀应届生可考虑）
-
熟悉EHS法规及ISO14001/ISO45001体系
-
具备化学品或喷涂安全管理经验优先
-
具备现场风险识别能力
-
良好的沟通与执行能力
-
具备数据统计及报告能力
-
熟练使用Office办公软件
-
有喷涂车间或化工相关经验
-
熟悉ENHESA或类似法规系统
-
具备基础英语沟通能力
