Job Summary:We areseekinga dynamic and strategic Brand Manager – Oreo Cake to lead the evolution of Oreo’s long-shelf-life cake portfolio in China. This role will be central to shaping the future of the category — from product innovation and go-to-market strategy to consumer engagement and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate brand builder with deep consumer insight, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a proventrack recordin driving growth in FMCG categories.
Innovation & Product Development
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and experiential platforms.
Collaborate with creative, shopper marketing, connection planning, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
