Job Tile: Planning Program Manager
Summary:
Own and deliver an accurate, actionable APAC consensus demand plan for HW (Hardware). Drive management discussion and enable decision making through disciplined forecasting, recommended forecast modification, system governance, and demand performance insights across a complex, multi region environment.
Responsibilities
Demand Ownership & Forecast Governance
- Lead APAC demand planning process end to end, process country inputs and build APAC unconstrained consensus forecast.
- Drive forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability through structured forecast reviews.
- Manage monthly forecasting cycle and mid-cycle adjustments
- Own demand vs. forecast tracking, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
- APC BO (Back Order) Allocation
Business & Lifecycle Enablement
- Manage demand planning support on NPI, and last time buy (LTB) activities.
- Support special business demand requirements.
- Provide timely demand insights to support sales inquiries and availability discussions.
System, KPI & Reporting Leadership
- Maintain and enhance demand planning system methods (e.g. Maestro, APO-DP).
- Own APAC demand KPIs and reporting.
- Ensure consistent demand planning standards, assumptions, and documentation.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Partner with APAC Sales, Finance, Global Demand Planning, and Operations to ensure forecast alignment.
Key Outputs

- Clear demand assumptions supporting business decisions
Experience & Capability Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply chain/Statistics is preferred).
- 8+ years in demand planning / supply chain planning.
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and system governance capability.
- Business Acumen in IT related products.
- Proven ability to influence cross functional and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
