Key accountabilities
- Provide full-range VIP greetings, escort and in-stay personalized services to uphold hotel brand image
- Establish and maintain guest profiles and arrange customized greetings and services
- Collaborate with all operational departments to complete pre-arrival arrangements for VIP guests
- Timely address guest feedback and complaints with proper documentation to ensure high guest satisfaction
General requirements
- Passionate about luxury hospitality with solid stress resilience
- Proficient in both Chinese and English with clear and appropriate communication
- Strong service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
