You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
岗位职责:
- 制定并执行天猫Tmall平台业务战略,涵盖渠道、产品、定价、投资及运营模式,确保与公司电商目标一致,灵活应对市场变化。
- 监督平台日常运营,保障团队KPI达成与销售目标实现;
- 规划产品、价格及促销策略,优化广告投放,推动业务稳健增长。 x
- 协同供应链、财务、营销等部门,保障库存、价格及订单管理高效;
- 与其他平台合作,共创可持续电商生态。
- 维护客户关系,争取资源;主导商务谈判;
- 管理TP服务商,提升运营效率;
- 把控预算,增强公司盈利能力;
- 建设高效团队,注重人才培养。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,5年以上电商运营经验,有团队管理经验优先;
- 精通货架电商平台规则与运营逻辑,具备强数据分析能力;
- 优秀的跨部门协作与资源整合能力,能适应快节奏工作;
- 具备战略思维与商业敏感度,能平衡短期业绩与长期品牌建设。
