包装成品
- 根据现有的质量程序和指导方针，以合适的方式包装所有成品；在特定区域停止工作订单，更新商务软件程序至合适的状态
- 准备标签，产品和包装纸根据依合斯生产程序和包装标准
- 负责运输成品到它们合适的存储区域
运输成品
- 负责所有持续运输过程 将每日运货清单和提货单比较，
- 确保提货单和包装的产品吻合，根据（滑动垫木、包装盒子和扶手带数量、地址、运输者、出货商及运输商签署的提货单，以及复印件都包含其中）
- 确保提货单信息和数量符合实际的出货信息当出货至卫星厂；有任何差异便通知经理
收货
- 确保运输商的提货单符合产品/材料的实际接收数量，一旦有任何差异，通知采购部门，不要卸货或签署提货单
- 负责卸载货物并在指定区域存储所有材料供质量部检查，以得到释放和使用的许可
- 确保材料根据程序贴好标签
- 负责在指定区域存储所有材料，特定的线架使用FIFO
材料问题
- 根据要求，确保将原料及时投放到生产线上
- 确保返还的材料被准确得识别，数量确认优先于返回主要的原料仓库
- 及时地更新依合斯仓库移动ERP软件（必须是真实的时间）
健康&安全
- 根据公司要求，完成本部门的健康安全环保相关的培训教育。
- 积极参与本公司的应急救援演练。
- 及时发现并整改本部门存在的安全隐患，对查出的事故隐患及时排除，并向部门主管或是经理和HSE报告。
- 一旦发生事故，采取措施防止事故扩大，及时向上级或有关部门报告，并注意保护现场和做好记录。亲自参与调查本部门发生的任何事故，作出事故原因分析，完善本部门风险评估表，提出和落实安全防范措施。
- 积极参与定期的安委会会议并落实会议中被指派的各项工作任务。
- 监督管理外包人员的安全作业管理，监督外包人员现场作业PPE穿着管理。
- 符合叉车和车辆装货作业的安全制度管理。清楚叉车各项安全规范要求，定期检查叉车安全性能，监督及及时制止违规驾驶叉车和使用带病，即有“安全隐患”的叉车的行为，对于叉车的安全隐患“零容忍”。

- 负责把所有仓库区域保持在一个干净、舒适的环境，向合适的人报告任何危害或区域需求增长
- 在仓库区域推广5S活动
