Business Function
Undertake support functions at local branch, collaborating with BU/SU to ensure the smooth operation of banking activities/services locally.
Responsibilities
- Undertake or participate in fundamental internal control management tasks: internal control management for seals, keys/passwords, licenses, documents, etc.
- Provide specialized operational support to local business team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. Manage a diverse portfolio of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to account service, transaction processing for CASH/ LOAN/ TRADE etc.
- Assist or participate in local business continuity emergency planning, credit management, self-regulation for foreign exchange and cross-border RMB business development, information security, administrative and logistical support, and other related work, with no major audit findings.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and the adoption of new technologies to enhance the branch's operational capabilities.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1- 3 years of relevant banking work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in commonly used data analysis software e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, etc. AI application knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
