Job Responsibilities / 工作职责 Facility Operations & Team Support(现场运维与团队支持)
协助现场工程负责人开展日常 Facility Management(FM)工作,支持现场工程团队的管理与运维执行 与现场负责人紧密合作,提供专业技术支持,确保设备设施稳定、安全运行 协助管理一线技术员或外包团队,跟进日常维修、巡检及工单执行情况 参与现场机电系统(如配电、HVAC、消防、给排水等)的日常运维与基础故障处理 配合厂务团队,协调公共区域及相关设施的运行与维护
Support the on-site Facility Management (FM) operations under the guidance of the site lead, assisting in daily engineering activities Work closely with the site manager to provide technical support and ensure safe and reliable operation of all facilities Assist in supervising technicians or outsourced teams, following up on maintenance tasks, inspections, and work orders Participate in daily operation and basic troubleshooting of MEP systems (e.g., power distribution, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing) Coordinate with facility teams to support daily operations
Technical & Compliance Support(技术与合规支持)
参与设备日常巡检、预防性维护(PPM)及年度检查工作 协助整理维修记录、维护报告及各类工程文档(paperwork) 参与标准操作流程(SOP)的执行与优化 重点协助消防系统的运维管理,包括日常检查、故障跟进及合规支持 支持简单改造、小型维修或优化类工作的现场执行
Assist in routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and annual equipment checks Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and engineering documentation Support the implementation and improvement of SOPs Provide support in fire protection system maintenance, including inspections, issue follow-up, and compliance Assist in minor renovation, repair, and optimization work execution
Administration & Communication(文档与沟通)
负责基础工程文档整理、报告输出及英文邮件沟通 阅读英文技术资料及设备说明书,协助现场问题分析 与内部团队及外部供应商保持良好沟通,确保信息传递准确
Handle basic engineering documentation, reporting, and communication via email (including English) Read and interpret technical documents and manuals in English Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Qualifications / 任职要求
本科及以上学历,工程、机电、暖通或相关专业 1–3 年Facility Management 或厂务(厂房/数据中心/园区)运维经验 具备基础机电系统知识,熟悉 HVAC、低压配电、消防系统、BMS 中至少 1–2 个模块 消防系统知识扎实(重点要求),了解系统组成、日常检查要点及基本故障处理 持有低压电工证(必备) 有现场团队协作或基础带人经验,有潜力向管理岗位发展 具备基本英文读写能力,可处理邮件及阅读技术文档 熟悉基础工程文档、工单及报修流程(paperwork 能力) 具备良好的执行力、责任心及沟通协调能力 有甲方或乙方现场经验均可
English Version
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MEP, HVAC, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management or industrial/facility operations Basic knowledge of MEP systems, familiar with at least 1–2 systems such as HVAC, low-voltage distribution, fire protection, or BMS Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (preferred), including system components, inspection routines, and basic troubleshooting Valid low-voltage electrician certificate is required Experience working with on-site teams; potential to grow into a supervisory role Basic English reading and writing skills for emails and technical documents Familiar with maintenance documentation and work order processes Strong execution capability, responsibility, and communication skills Experience in either client-side or vendor-side roles is acceptable
