您将在团队中担任
- Process optimization and improvement: assist in data collecting and analysis of existing business and production processes and promote the optimization of standardized operational procedures.
- Project execution and tracking: support the implementation, testing, verification, and finalization of improvement plans for ongoing projects, and report the progress regularly.
- Data analysis and reporting: Participate in the collection and collation of the company's KPI data, identify problems, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Training and Learning: participate in training on continuous improvement tools and share what you’ve learned internally.
- Perform other support tasks assigned by the department.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with major in industrial engineering, industrial design or related fields preferred.
- Work in a 2-month internship during the summer break.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT).
- Strong learning ability and a serious, responsible attitude.
- Fluent English both in Spoken and written.
