We are looking for a Senior Project Specialist — a role designed for experienced process engineers who want to expand their impact beyond daily operations and play a key role in shaping how new technologies and production capabilities are implemented.
This role sits at the intersection of process engineering and project execution.
You will act as a senior process expert, bringing deep process knowledge into capital projects and technology implementation, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and operationally practical.

- Driving more stable and efficient production processes
- Improving the design and execution of capital projects
- Enabling faster and smoother technology implementation
1. Advanced Process Engineering & Production Support
- Act as a senior process expert supporting fermentation and recovery operations
- Identify process constraints, variability, and optimization opportunities
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Improve yield, capacity, cost efficiency, and sustainability
- Support product introduction and process transfers
2. Project & Technology Implementation
- Lead or contribute to CAPEX, debottlenecking, and expansion projects
- Ensure process and equipment designs are practical in real plant environments
- Translate production needs into technical inputs
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers
- Support commissioning, startup, and ramp-up
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines
- +3 years of experience in fermentation, formulation or standardization in biotech, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience in process optimization and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of industrial plant operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CAPEX, expansion, or large-scale industrial projects
- Experience as a key technical user or project representative
- Ability to balance theoretical knowledge with real operational constraints
- Structured, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Step into a higher-impact role beyond traditional process engineering
- Work on real industrial challenges
- Influence investment and technology decisions
- Grow toward Technical Lead or Process Technology leadership roles
