You support our team as
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced quality management systems to ensure continuous compliance and process optimization.
- Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures for critical quality issues.
- Manage the strategic direction of quality initiatives and provide technical expertise to drive innovation in quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design, development, and production.
- Act as the primary interface with regulatory agencies and customers for quality audits and certifications.Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, sharing best practices and expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, including leadership roles.
- Mastery of quality standards, Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Extensive experience with quality tools.
- Strategic project management and leadership capabilities.
