1. Confirmation and review of annual lean improvement plan.
2. Responsible for diagnostic consulting and program planning guidance for lean improvement projects, guiding project teams to carry out improvement activities.
3. Track all continuous improvement projects, report project progress, analyze anomalies, and push for solutions.
4. Assist the superior department in promoting and monitoring lean production improvement projects, and achieve the goals.
5. Training on lean production knowledge, establishing a lean talent development and training system.
6. Using a systematic approach, waste identification and improvement based on value stream analysis, including efficiency, quality, capacity enhancement, cost optimization, etc.
7. Lead the company level lean evaluation (following the lean evaluation system of Yingfan Group) and lead the improvement and enhancement.
