- 遵守公司及部门各项规章制度；

- 按照组长工作安排进行日常生产操作或其它工作；
- 严格按照《作业指导书》要求进行岗位机台操作及生产操作，按质按量完成生产任务；
- 做好机台生产参数检查，物料的取样报检，以及生产过程巡检；
- 做好相关的生产记录标识，做好车间5S相关工作。
- 生产前作好岗位安全确认，确保安全生产。
- 按要求完成有关部门下达的试产工作任务；
- 协助组长或文员做好物料的领取、入仓、盘点工作；
- 生产中发现异常及时处理并向组长等相关人员汇报；
- 严格执行安全要求，发现未遂事件第一时间上报并参与RCA分析；
- 按要求完成机台、消防设施、应急设备和物品的日常点检工作；
- 需要DCS操作，根据生产程序完成各单元操作，随时干预系统运行,确保安全正常生产；
- 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9000、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求；
- 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；
- 完成上级交办的其它工作。
- 熟悉现场生产操作规程、安全生产要求；
- 具有一定的安全生产知识，对生产过程中存在的安全、质量隐患有一定的识别能力；
- 具备一定的应急处理的能力；
- 高中/中专以上学历；
- 有化工类工厂工作经验；
- 良好的安全生产意识。
