Job Title: Specialist, Channel Sales

As a Specialist, Channel Sales, you will work closely with Sales and internal partners to manage orders, support channel initiatives, and improve how we deliver value to our customers.

The Role
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enabling our channel sales business to run efficiently and scale effectively. You’ll wake up excited to support sales teams, optimize processes, and turn data into insights that influence decisions.
In your first six months, your biggest impact will come from ensuring smooth order execution, improving visibility through reporting, and strengthening collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams. What You’ll Own
Own day‑to‑day order management for the EIC (English Institution Courseware) business, ensuring accurate tracking, timely execution, and smooth fulfillment
Support the implementation of channel sales policies and help ensure consistent execution across the sales process
Track, analyze, and evaluate B2B marketing and channel activities, turning data into clear insights and improvement recommendations
Produce regular data reports to support sales planning, performance reviews, and decision‑making
Support complex sales and channel projects by tracking milestones, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and helping ensure on‑time delivery
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of channel operations and internal workflows
About You
You bring experience in channel sales operations, project coordination, and data analysis, ideally within the education or publishing industry
You’re analytical and comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel or BI platforms to produce insights and reports
You’re someone who values collaboration, communicates clearly, and enjoys working closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams
You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and take ownership of your work
You’re proactive, service‑oriented, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (Education, Publishing, Educational Technology, or similar preferred)
3+ years of relevant experience in channel management, sales operations, project management, or a related role
Familiarity with B2B business models, particularly in education or publishing, is strongly preferred
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
