- Full Lifecycle Quality Management
Lead and coordinate quality initiatives across product design, raw material procurement, manufacturing, finished product inspection, and post-sales service to ensure compliance with TE and customer specifications.
- Quality Management Planning & Execution
Develop and implement detailed quality plans aligned with organizational quality strategies, including quality standards, inspection workflows, and critical to quality control points (CTQ)
- Quality Control & Inspection
Define product inspection criteria and oversee material incoming inspection (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and final product quality assurance (FQA) activities.
- Quality Data Analysis & CIP
Collect, consolidate, and interpret quality metrics through statistical tools. Generate quality performance reports, identify root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Design & Process Validation
Following APQP process for all NPI development and migration projects to ensure that properly flowing critical to customer requirements -> DFMEA -> critical to quality characteristics -> PFMEA -> production quality control plan , quality improvement and PPAP preparation.
- Supplier Quality Management
Manage supplier quality performance via audits, scorecards, and APQP processes. Drive supplier Improvement programs (SIP) for raw material quality enhancement.
- Nonconformance Management
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality incidents using 8D methodology. record cases, escalate by protocols, and implement error-proofing solutions.
- Customer quality management
Manage high level customer quality concerns with large corporations and companies globally, review and communicate technical information and corrective actions, proactively implement improvement plans with the customer, engineering and manufacturing sites within TE, preparing routine discussion with customers on quality related topics and continue improvement plans
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as quality liaison between R&D, production, and procurement teams. Maintain proactive communication with clients/suppliers on quality expectations and issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership
Apply advanced quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC) to benchmark processes and implement breakthrough improvements (e.g., Lean Six Sigma projects).
