Responsibilities:
1.Flawlessly implement and improve plant maintenance/Preventive maintenance system for production machine. Always ensure plant machinery in good working condition with minimal downtime and optimal machinery running costs following quality, food safety and EHS requirements;
2.Continuously to explore the new tech/machinery to improve line efficiency by reducing unscheduled downtime, minor stops and capacity loss;
3.Manage maintenance cost to make sure under AOP budget and continuously improve the loss point;
4.Spare parts management to make sure appropriate inventory but also reasonable stock level;
5.Standardized maintenance procedures; Support technicians quickly resolve problems.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering related field, rich experience of handling automated (PLC) machines;
2.At least 3-5 years of good maintenance engineer experience, including trouble shooting and root cause analysis, and training skill in an FMCG/good industry;
3.Experience and mindset of equipment safety and food safety management in plant;
4.TPM or WCM knowledge, especially in PM pillar;
5.Business English language capability excellent and excellent in office software including project, PPT, excel, word.
