Position: Finance Business Partner, Straumann China
Location: Shanghai, China
Position Summary:
As finance business partner for China, you will be responsible for partnering with China Commercial organization in governing finance controls and processes, delivering analysis and insights to drive data-driven business decisions, managing budget planning and control etc. Goal is to drive business growth and success. The position reports to Finance Director, China Commercial.
Primary Objective:

Provide strong support to the Commercial organization and be a forward-looking strategic business partner for developing future sales and growth

Implement tools to support ROI mindset in all parts of commercial organization and provide training and developing the S&M organization for a true P/L focus

Work closely with business leaders on developing Aspiration, Annual Budget and Monthly Outlook.
- Ensure that analysis of variances between Budgets, Forecasts and Actual Results is delivered and reported to Senior Management, Corporate Finance and other relevant departments.
- Promote cost awareness and control as a necessary requirement for a successful business. Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance processes and systems.

Construct financial models for ad hoc analysis and decision making

Ensure that there is close engagement and partnering with key stakeholders in the business to achieve a customer focused finance organization

Ensure compliance with Straumann Code of Conduct, appropriate SOP’s and company policies and practices; strive to consistently uphold Straumann core values
Requirement:

You should have a higher relevant education such as MSc, BCom, HD(R) or similar.

You have experience - either from a similar position as Business Partner, Business Controller, Business Analyst, or from a position as auditor or consultant from which you are accustomed to the consultant and/or advisor role.

You are energetic, result oriented, and enterprising and have a strong "customer gene".

Furthermore, you are detail oriented while managing to stay organized and meeting deadlines.

You have a well-developed intercultural understanding and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions.

Personally you are trustworthy and reliable as you will be interacting with senior levels of the business.
- You are fluent in speaking and writing English at a high level and that you are an experienced IT user, including strong Excel and data analytical skills.

SAP experience is a plus.
