Long-term development of capability, and employees of manufacturing in accordance with the company’s development plan.

Plan, develop and implement annual manufacturing budget to ensure that production capacity and capabilities are optimized according to the annual production demand.

Establish and attain annual cost improvement objectives for the manufacturing, and for the continuous monitoring of the Cost Improvement Plan goals.

Ensure the preventative and ongoing maintenance of all aspects of all manufacturing equipment, building facilities and surroundings

Ensure the necessary security of the property.

Lead, coach and motivate subordinates in skill/knowledge development to contribute effectively towards the achievement of the company’s objective and growth.

Develop and implement TPM/Lean-Six-Sigma, ensure the preventative and ongoing maintenance of all aspects of all manufacturing equipment, building facilities and surroundings.

To measure the quality performance of the organization, Customers’ Complaints, Returned Materials Authorization (RMA), etc. against set targets.

Initiate comprehensive internal audits program on the quality system to ensure continued compliance documented requirement.

Ensure the sales order can be implemented on time. Daily, weekly, and monthly monitor the sales order fulfillment to meet sales revenue target. Continues to improve demand planning accuracy and instruct production to fulfill customer demand on time.

Make material planning strategies to fulfill production schedule and customer demand based on JIT and control inventory at appropriate level.

Monitor EOL project. Reduce and control SAD.

Monitor warehouse daily operation including RM receiving/picking/returning, FG receiving/shipping. Stock accuracy management includes annual stocktaking, daily cycle counting to achieve company KPI.

Customs compliance management and monitor processing trading and duty-free process. Forward management including monitoring shipping service level/freight cost reduction.

Lead to optimize procedure & process to increase capacity and quality.

Continuous improvement employees on job training to enhance their working skills.

Ensures that adequate records are maintained for controlling and monitoring conformance to specified requirements.

Coordinate and cooperate with Quality Engineering, and others to deliver good products to customers on time.
-
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of transferring new products, technology and meeting the specifications.
