- 熟悉切割机床的控制原理，能够独立进行现场的安装/调试及培训；
- 能够根据销售的需求，设计出符合要求的技术方案，配合切割机的销售；
- 能够与国外的客户进行沟通，解决客户切割中遇到的问题。
- 能够在生产制造中发现问题，完善检查报告，确保切割机的质量；
- 推动供应商质量持续改进，包括但不限于产品生产，产品本身质量，包装等；
- 对于出现的产品问题及客诉，能及时沟通，分析，并有效解决；降低客诉处理成本；
- 每周在供应商排产计划的基础上，合理安排工作及出差；
负责切割机售前的销售方案支持，售中的安装调试及客户培训工作，售后的服务工作。
Skills
- 熟悉使用AutoCAD, Word, Excel, office等设计及办公软件和操作办公自动化设备；
