Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Technology Manager with a strong IT background and deep expertise in HR Systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT experience & managing HR technology platforms. This role, based at our headquarters or a regional office, is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of HR technology projects across our global operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development and execution of Global HR IT projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Oversee the administration of HR systems, maintaining their reliability, security, and alignment with business needs.
Work closely with HR management, users, and vendors to deliver effective HR system solutions and IT services.
Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing the HR IT landscape, adopting new technologies to improve system performance.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the strategic direction of HR IT.
Uphold compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and best practice frameworks in HR IT system management.
Offer expert advice and support to the HR team regarding the optimal use of HR technology and systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
5+ years of professional IT experience, with focus on HR systems (PeopleSoft) and project management.
5+ years in a lead role managing HR IT applications.
5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, global HR IT projects.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and the role of technology in enhancing HR service delivery.
Great communication abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse stakeholder group.
Proven collaborative skills, working with HR management, users, and vendors to achieve common objectives.
Attention to detail and focus on producing quality work.
Hands-on experience in software solution design, architecture, development and participated in the software development life cycle
