Utilities & Facilities Technician 公用工程与设施技术员 - Your Future Position?
Job Purpose / 岗位目标
Ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation of utilities and facilities systems (WWTP, Odor Abatement, HVAC, Water Supply, Power Supply, etc.). Support construction, commissioning, and transition to operations to guarantee reliable energy, utilities, and environmental support for production and office areas.
确保污水处理、异味治理、空调、供水、供电等公用工程和设施系统安全、稳定、高效运行；在基地建设、调试与投运阶段提供可靠的能源与环境保障。
In this exciting role you will
1. Operation & Maintenance / 日常运行与维护
Monitor and inspect WWTP, HVAC, Odor Abatement, Power Supply and water systems; conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
监控并检查污水处理厂（WWTP）、暖通空调系统（HVAC）、除臭系统、电力供应和供水系统；进行日常维护和故障排除。
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and register records in SAP.
执行预防性维护（PM）并在 SAP 系统中登记记录。
Track running parameters, identify and report anomalies.

2. Installation & Commissioning / 设备安装与调试
Assist with utilities and facilities equipment installation, testing, and acceptance.

Support technical interface and system handover during construction.

Contribute to standardization of new systems and documentation setup.
参与新系统标准化及文件资料的建立。
3. Safety & Compliance / 安全与合规
Comply with electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety standards.
遵守电气、机械及环境安全标准。
Participate in EHS training and drills, identify and correct hazards.
参加 EHS 培训和演练，识别并纠正安全隐患。
Maintain operational logs, emissions, and energy consumption data.
维护运行日志、排放及能源消耗数据。
4. Technical Support & Continuous Improvement / 技术支持与持续改进
Support technical upgrades, energy-saving, and automation improvement projects.
支持技术升级、节能及自动化改进项目。
Assist in supervising contractors on-site.
协助现场承包商的监督工作。
Continuously update inspection checklists, maintenance SOPs, and asset ledger.
持续更新检查清单、维护标准作业程序（SOP）及资产台账。
5. Documentation & System Management / 文件与系统管理
Operate and maintain work orders and asset data via SAP.
通过 SAP 操作并维护工单和资产数据。
Use Excel, Teams, and SharePoint for reporting and communication.

Maintain up-to-date technical drawings and documentation.

Your professional profile includes
Education / 学历
Technical college or above in Mechatronics, Automation, HVAC, Equipment, or Environmental Engineering.
大专以上学历，机电、自动化、制冷与空调、设备或环境工程相关专业。
Experience / 经验
- 3 years in utilities/facility maintenance; preferred experience in chemical, food, fragrance, or pharmaceutical industries.
3年以上工厂公用工程或设施维护经验；有化工、食品、香精香料或制药行业背景者优先。
Technical Knowledge / 技术能力
Familiar with WWTP, HVAC, Odor Abatement, and water supply systems.
熟悉污水处理系统（WWTP）、暖通空调系统（HVAC）、除臭系统及供水系统。
Able to identify and repair system faults independently.
能够独立识别并维修系统故障。
Electrical Skills / 电气能力
Able to read electrical schematics.
能阅读电气原理图。
Low‑Voltage Electrician Certificate required;
需持有低压电工证；
Software Proficiency / 软件能力
SAP PM module, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
