PLC and DCS system maintenance, coordinated with production department, process department and DCS system responsible person to maintain and optimize the control system. PLC、DCS系统维护，协同生产部，工艺部和DCS系统责任人对控制系统进行维护和优化。
Reliability management and improvement management of all instrumentation equipment in the factory; Perform performance testing and determination of new instrumentation according to Cabot and industry standards

Create or update instrument maintenance manuals and documents according to ISO requirements; Update all sops for instrument maintenance and training on a regular basis. 根据ISO要求对仪表方面的维修手册和文件进行创建或更新;定期更新所有有关仪表设备维修的SOP,以及相应的培训。
Spare parts inventory preparation and management. 备件库存制定与管理。

Participate in the formulation of maintenance plan, participate in the management of the whole maintenance department, participate in the procurement contract negotiation of instrument equipment, and take technical responsibility for the procurement of instrument equipment. 参与维修计划的制定,参与整个维修部的管理,参与仪表设备的采购合同谈判,对采购仪表设备负技术责任。

Familiar with the management of various instruments and equipment in chemical plant, with experience in chemical instrument selection and automatic control design and maintenance, and working experience in Chemical Design Institute is preferred. 熟悉化工厂各类仪表设备的管理，有化工仪表选型及自控设计工作及维护经历，有化工设计院工作经历优先考虑。
Proficient in instrument safety system. 精通仪表安全系统。
Familiar with CAD software，have electrician certificate, 熟练使用CAD软件；有电工证。
Good at English reading and writing. 英语读写能力良好。
Education/Experience 教育 / 经验
College degree or above, Automation Instrument and other related majors, 大专（含）以上学历，自动化仪表等相关专业
Minimum of 5 years work experience in this position. have chemical industry background. 5年以上化工厂仪表设备管理方面的经验
