We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support for front-end engineering projects and play a key part in new product development and technology transfer initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with global R&D, Engineering, and Business partners, as well as third-party suppliers, to bring lithium battery manufacturing technologies to the plant level. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and equipment development suppliers, you will lead on-site process validation, establish process capability, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

- Provide key support for front-end engineering projects, developing new products and operations.
- Conducting competitor assessments, monitoring market developments, evaluating local capabilities and supporting faster project process execution.
- Collaborate with global R&D, Engineering, third-party business partners, and suppliers to transfer lithium battery manufacturing technologies to the plant level.
- Participate in plant project teams, acting as a bridge between R&D/Engineering/Business partners and equipment development suppliers.
- Lead on-site validation and qualification of processes, materials, and equipment.
- Work closely with global R&D/Engineering/Business partners, local technical teams, and QA to establish process capability and control plans.
- Develop and define the sequence of manufacturing and assembly processes in accordance with established engineering principles to meet quality and cost standards.
- Analyze product specifications, drawings, and engineering data to optimize production processes.
- Continuously improve existing manufacturing processes to reduce risk, cost, and waste, and improve yield, productivity, and product quality.
- Lead training for new hires and operations teams on materials, processes, and equipment technology transfer.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3–4 years of manufacturing experience; lithium battery experience preferred.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
