The Project Manager at DB&B will be responsible for overseeing and managing design and build projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Proven 4 years of experience in project management for an Interior Design Industry with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

Recognised qualification in project management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (PMP) are advantageous.

Strong ability to interpret architectural plans and manage project schedules. Familiarity with building and safety regulations.

Experience in preparing cost reports, managing project budgets, and ensuring financial adherence.

Excellent project, presentation, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
