If you have solid end-to-end recruitment experience and are looking to grow within a collaborative and high-performing environment, this could be a great next step in your career.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers, providing expert guidance and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment support.
- Lead vacancy consultations, define hiring requirements, and shape sourcing and attraction strategies in partnership with the Sourcing team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality shortlists, smooth processes, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Advise hiring managers on selection decisions, lead offer negotiations, and support workforce planning discussions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and coach junior team members on best practices.
- Maintain accurate data across systems, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and identify risks or scope‑creep issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent pipelining, and cross‑functional projects that enhance overall service delivery.
- End‑to‑end recruitment delivery skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for talent development.
- Flexibility to work across regions and collaborate in a global team.
- Experience of using recruitment technology.
- Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment.
- Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Expert administration, organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
