Excellent driving and evaluation skills with focus on Ride & Handling on mue high and mue low conditions.
Experience in vehicle development and chassis systems, ideally in OEM or Tier‑1 environment
Initial to advanced experience in R&H testing, development or integration
Experience in international development environments is an advantage
Working experience in international company is a plus.
Longer stay in Germany or abroad (Business or education) is an advantage.
Specific Knowledge
Deep understanding of chassis systems, component interactions and vehicle
Knowledge of vehicle architecture & communication systems.
Experience with handling objective and subjective measurement/evaluation.
Know how about setup, calibration and usage of measurement sytems.
Capable of evaluating test vehicles regarding R&H behaviour in extreme driving conditions.
Sensitive for issue detection, root cause analysis and system performance evaluation.
Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.
Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Willingness for domestic and international travel.
Fluent English and Chinese (verbal, writing and reading) is mandatory; German is an advantage.
German language knowhow is an advantage.
