Duties & Responsibilities
- 5 years in IE, Process improvement, Lean manufacturing
- Capacity planning, Headcount plan and Space utilization
- Familiar with Layout design/Auto CAD.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing
- Good communication skills.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering or related science
- Familiar Capacity planning, Headcount plan and Space utilization
- Able to analyse equipment/tooling availability vs. build plan requirement, recommend action plans to mitigate constraints, ensure equipment/tooling capacity are not a limited to support business demand
- Familiar with Layout design/Auto CAD.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing
- Good communication skills
