Responsible for data entry of air transportation documents according to SOP. High-school or College degree, simple English foundation.

Communicate with account owner for SOP, which cover routing instruction, preferred carrier, selling rate, and any special handling instruction.

Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
