PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1. New fixture development for diffusion welding & resistance welding
2. Total process design for flexible busbar, Process expert for flexible busbar
3. Make NPI sample on time for NPI new project
4. Provide technical support for production or supplier
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and develop the total process for flexible busbar and meet GCA requirement
2. Define the parameters for welding process.
3. Fixture design and verification.
4. DFM create and cost estimation
5. Prototype sample manufacturing
6. Compile process documents (PFMEA, WI...)
7. Manual process optimization and improvement to auto or semi-auto for welding process
8. Learn and share PBM® culture and level up self-capabilities to create maximize long term value
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduated. Major in Automation / machine design
3+ years flexible busbar related manufacturing processes
3+ years tech background in Busbar related manufacturing processes (sheet metal or laminated)
Experience in busbar prototype manufacturing, familiar with Stamping/Laser cutting/Bending/Welding/Powder coating/assembly process
Welding process design and fixture design skill
Soft skill needed: Familiar with 2D and 3D design software (Auto CAD and NX are Preferred).
Strong hands-on ability and experience in on-site problem-solving.
Basic welding knowledge
Willing to learn and share PBM® culture
