Support projects acquisition:
- Review with project team of customer requirements and checking of feasibility regarding technique, resources and cost calculation;
- Definition of work packages and time schedule.
- Quotation evaluation process and approval.
Projects& change management:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-quality and on-cost;
- Setting up detail project schedule, key milestones, cost analysis and open point lists to track progress and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Manage changes to the project time, quality and cost;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Successfully manage the relationship with customer and stakeholders;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documents.
