We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
岗位职责：
- 开发私人银行客户并管理维护现有客户，增长管理资产规模和收入
- 定期关注客户的投资组合，识别新的业务机会和收入增长潜力
- 密切与其他部门合作，包括国际财富管理和卓越理财部、企业与机构银行部和环球银行及资本市场部，识别跨业务营销机会，为客户提供汇丰全面的银行产品和服务
- 聚焦国际私人财富客户，利用汇丰银行的渠道、网络和品牌，积极开展业务活动
- 确保严格遵守汇丰银行的内部控制标准，包括风险、监管合规和金融犯罪合规领域
- 及时改善内部和外部审计点以及外部监管机构提出的任何问题
任职要求:
- 8年以上在私人银行、商业银行或投资银行领域的客户关系管理经验
- 在资产集聚、资产增长和创收等方面具备丰富的实战经验和良好的过往业绩
- 出色的沟通和谈判技巧
- 卓越的客户服务能力
- 深入理解金融市场和财富管理产品
- 注重细节并具有解决问题的创造性思维能力
