Master degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.

15+ years of experience in computational material design (e.g., catalysts, battery materials, polymers, fuel cells) or related scientific domains.

10+ years of experience in business development, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles, preferably within process industries (materials science / life sciences).

Strong expertise in BIOVIA-related solutions/products, such as LIMS, ELN, PLM, and scientific data management platforms.

Strong understanding of scientific workflows and data-driven innovation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, and advanced materials.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or mentoring consulting/pre-sales teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Chinese; strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
