- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business. Master’s in Business Administration preferable.

Fluent verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin.

Solid sales management background in Metal Coil industry (>10 years experiences).

Good at handling some challenge topics: Pricing, Value Selling, KA Management, etc..

Understand how to manage and drive a sizable sales team. Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams.
