Position: Senior Manager, Learning Development Business Partner – Oncology BU Regional Enablement
Location: Shanghai
Reporting Line: Assoc. Director, Learning Development
Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager, LD Business Partner to support Oncology BU at the regional level. The role will translate Oncology business priorities, launch/readiness needs, and field capability gaps into practical learning solutions that strengthen regional execution, customer engagement, manager coaching, compliant behaviors, and change agility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Oncology BU and regional leaders to identify priority capability needs and build a focused regional learning roadmap.
- Design and deliver learning solutions for launch readiness, disease/product knowledge, customer engagement, access collaboration, and regional execution excellence.
- Enable DMs and regional managers to strengthen field coaching, feedback, and reinforcement routines.
- Support regional teams in building speak-up, adaptability, ownership, and change-ready behaviors.
- Measure learning effectiveness through stakeholder feedback, field adoption, coaching insights, and business-relevant indicators.
- Ensure all learning activities and materials meet company compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or other related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in LD, commercial excellence, commercial training, marketing, or field capability roles within healthcare/pharma; Oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, facilitation, program management, and data-driven learning evaluation skills.
- Strong compliance mindset and ability to design practical learning experiences for a regulated oncology environment.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong communication and influencing skills.
